NICOLE ROMO
Nicole has been with Flagstaff Neurosurgery since 2003. Nicole is the Practice Manager. She has lived in Flagstaff for 22 years with her family, where she has enjoyed watching her daughter and son grow-up playing sports in a wonderful small town community.
CINDY SWINNEY
Cindy has been with Flagstaff Neurosurgery since 2015 working as a medical assistant and surgery scheduler. She has lived in Flagstaff for 12 years. She loves spending time with her family, visiting her 3 girls at the University of Arizona and playing with her dog Sam.
EILEEN KYLE
Eileen has recently joined Flagstaff Neurosurgery. Eileen is our medical assistant. She and her family moved to Flagstaff in 2015 from Ketchikan, Alaska. She enjoys Flagstaff rich history, the abundant natural beauty and the friendly, laid back charm.
LAURA NICOL
Laura has worked with FN’s Accounts Payable since 2012. She enjoys connecting with local charitable organizations on behalf of FN and its providers. Her main gig has been raising 3 fun, kind and witty children.
PAM SLIM
Pam is currently with our billing department. She has lived in Flagstaff for 21 years and has 3 kiddos and 2 fur babies. Pam loves spending time with her entire family for birthdays and holidays, or just hanging out.

our staff members have been with us for more over 15 years. We feel
like a family and
treat our clients with
the utmost respect.
TIARA TAPAHA
Tiara is born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona. She is currently our check in receptionist and is happy to greet you when you arrive. Tiara spends a lot of time with family and always enjoys being outside.
ALYSA GARCIA
Alysa has recently joined Flagstaff NeuroSurgery as our valued Medical Assistant. She recently moved back to Flagstaff after 5 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pets.
